Existing water level was about six inches below the maximum level line. <br />Aquatic plant growth (dormant) in southwest comer of pond. <br />Small breaks ut hypalon lining on south end, on top of pond, above high water <br />level. Two (2) tears in hypalon lining on east end, bebw high water level; needs <br />repa'v. <br />Perin ter fence in poor condition, but has been tied up. <br />Erosion rill in embankment along North face has been partially filled. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my professional expertise, the Recycle <br />Impoundment Pond No. 2 at the Southfield Mine is being maittained in conformance with <br />the prudent state-of-ihe-art of earthen embankment construction. <br />I hereby certify, based upon my field observations and professional investigations, <br />as detailed here above, that the Recycle Impoundment Pond No. 2 at Energy Fuels Coal, <br />hicorporated's Southfield Mine, located in Fremont County, Colorado, is being <br />maintained in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Division. <br />By: <br />~., <br />~T '6'C~\ <br />~ ~: .\ J <br />;~.ie~:a <br />1376 <br />cF <br />
