The Colorado Registered Pmfessonal Engineer shall~eal the plans in accordance with <br />CRS 12-'_5-p 17 in addition on the first pace of the design plans that the followin note a required: <br />"This design is in Cul! rnmpliance ~\'ith Section 4 Of the State Highway Acca <br />Code. 2 CCR 601-I e~cepi for the (ollotsing approved variances:' <br />Note: ALL plans must he submiued on 11" x 17^ sheets at a minimum scale <br />1" = 20{. No other plan sheet sizes are authorized. Location drawings m. <br />be subn/iued at other scales as approved. <br />24. All comtruc~ien work must be under the direction of a Colorado Registered Profe sional Engineer and upon <br />completion Qf the work. that responsible Engineer shall submit an "As Built' pla ;, showing in detail all approved <br />construction'chanaes. modifications and revisions. The "As Built" Plans must be sealed in accordance with CRS <br />1'_-'_5-117. <br />25. It shall be [h~ responsibilin of the Permiuee to verify the location of the existing tilities and notify all mility <br />owners or operators of any work that might involve utilities within the State High ay right-of-way. Any work <br />necessary to protect existine permitted utilities, such as an encasemen[ will he the responsibility of the Permiuee. <br />Any damage or disruption to any utilities during the construction shall be the Per ittee's responsibility and shall <br />be repaired or replaced at no cost to the Department. <br />June 7, 1999 <br />• <br />26. Any damage to any present highway facilities including traffic control devices sh II be repaired immediately at no <br />cost to the D~partmem and prior to con[inuing other work. Any mud or other ma[ rial tracked or otherwise <br />deposited ogthe roadway shall be removed daily or as ordered by the Deparimem inspector. <br />27. Areas of roadway and/or right-of-way disturbed during this installation shall be re <br />conditions, tq insure proper strength, drainaee and erosion control. <br />28. Any incomplete construction activity on the State Highway that must he left over <br />signed in accbrdance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and of <br />29.
