STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />AND <br />SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL PLAN <br />(SPCC) <br />I Set forth in the following is the STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />(SWMP) and the SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL PLAN (SPCC) for the <br />Carbon Junction Mine owned by Oakridge Energy, Inc. (OEI). <br />' The Carbon Junction Mine is located approximately 2 miles east <br />of Durango, Colorado in La Plata County. The Carbon Junction <br />Mine is a surface coal mine that is generally inactive except <br />7 for a MUTUAL USE AREA (MUA).
