The same information requested for the interim system is items 1-3 <br />above will need to be provided for the permanent system. Bear in mind that final bond release <br />may not be approvable for a system such as the siphon, which requires regular monitoring and <br />periodic operational adjustment <br />5. The plan will need to describe the worst case consequences of failure of the proposed dewatering <br />system. We will be unable to recommend approval of any permanem system, without sufficient <br />information to evaluate the consequences of failure. <br />I hope these comments will be helpful to you in preparing plans for interim and long-term minewater <br />discharge.
