Permit No. CO-0026981
Beginning immediately and lasting through December 31, 1988, the
permittee is authorized to discharge from outfall(s) serial number(s):
001, 002, 003, 004 and 005 the outfalls which are prior to mixing with
Canyon Creek, as shown in figure 3.
In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for
Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and State Discharge Permit System
Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge
shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the
following limitations, discharge more than the mass pollutant loadings
specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation.

pH - standard units shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/.
Oil and Grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 i n any grab sample nor shal l there be a
visible sheen c/. If a visible sheen or floating oil is observed, corrective
action shall be taken immediately. There shall be no discharge of floating
solids.
* The 30-day average flow limitation is applicable for discharge point 001, but
not for discharge points 002, 003, 004 and 005. This flow limitation is
based on the assumption that the major source of discharge is from 001. If
continuous or increased flows do occur from discharge points 002, 003, 004
and 005 the flow limitation will be reevaluated and pertinent permit
conditions may be amended.
