Special Monitoring (Cont'd.) <br />One Time Analysis for Discharge Point 001 <br />In order to determine the general quality of water discharged at <br />this facility, the permittee is required to perform a one time <br />analysis for the following parameters at the specified discharge <br />points. The monitoring and analysis shall be performed at the <br />first instance of discharge after this permit becomes effective. <br />Following analysis the data shall be submitted to the Permits and <br />Enforcement Section, within forty-five (45) days of the sampling <br />date. <br />Parameter Sample Type e/ <br />Organic Toxic Pollutants: Acid GC/MS Fraction* Grab <br />If evaluation of the data demonstrates a definite or probable violation <br />of water quality standards, the permit may be amended to incorporate <br />additional monitoring and/or permit limitations, as allowed under Part <br />II.B.S. of this permit. Additional monitoring may also be required <br />where the detection limit for a parameter is above the appropriate water <br />quality standards. <br />* Includes 2-chlorophenol, 2-4 dichlorophenol, 2-4-dimethylphenol, 4,6-dinitro- <br />o-cresol, 2-4-dinitrophenol, 2-nitrophenol, 4-nitrophenol, p-chloro-m-cresol, <br />pentachlorophenol, phenol and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol. <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes. <br />Code: i - 6 Date: 1 - 84 <br />
