Special Monitoring <br /> <br />PART I <br />Page le of 19 <br />Permit No. CO-0026481 <br />Pursuant to CRS 1973, 25-8-304, the permittee shall submit selected <br />monitoring data. <br />Six Time Analysis <br />In order to develop a sufficient data base for proper evaluation of <br />the water quality impact of the discharge(s), the permittee shall <br />monitor the following parameters at the specified discharge point <br />on a monthly basis for six sets of data. A report of "No <br />Discharge" shall not be counted as one of the six sets. Upon <br />submission of the sixth set of data the permittee shall attach a <br />statement advising the Permits and Enforcement Section, Water <br />Quality Control Division that all six sets of data have been <br />submitted. <br />Parameter Discharge Point Sample Type e/ <br />Total Recoverable Iron, mg/1 001 Grab <br />Based upon data submitted pursuant to this provision, the Division <br />may amend this permit by adding appropriate effluent limitations <br />and other conditions to ensure compliance with applicable water <br />quality standards and protection of applicable use classifications. <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes. <br />Code: i - 5 Date: 1 - 84 <br />
