Compliance Schedule <br /> <br />PART I <br />Page lc of 19 <br />Permit No. CO-0026981 <br />The permittee shall achieve compliance with the effluent limitations of <br />PART I, A.2, effective January 1, 1989, in accordance with the following <br />compliance schedule. The compliance schedule includes the following <br />submissions: <br />(a) Preliminary Assessment Report by December 15, 1987 <br />(b) Engineering Design and Costing Study by March 1, 1988 <br />(c) Final Engineering Report by May 15, 1988 <br />(d) Completion of project by December 1, 1988 <br />(e) No later than 14 calendar days following a date identified in the <br />approved implementation plan, the permittee shall submit either a <br />report of progress or, in the case of specific actions being required <br />by identified dates, a written notice of compliance or noncompliance, <br />any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next <br />scheduled requirement. <br />(f) In any case in which a compliance schedule has been timely submitted, <br />failure to obtain the division's approval shall not be considered a <br />violation of the permit unless the division shows that absence of <br />approval or disapproval has resulted from the failure of the <br />permittee to furnish information reasonably required or requested in <br />order to process the compliance schedule. <br />(g) A schedule for the elimination of the discharge, through connection <br />to another treatment system or by other means, may be substituted for <br />this schedule of upgrading. <br />(h) On January 1, 1989, the permittee shall achieve compliance with the <br />effluent limitations of PART I, A.2. of the permit. <br />Code: i - 3 Date: 1 - 84 <br />
