<br />S~ <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />That portion of the NZ of the NE4 of Section I-TI7S-R68W~of the <br />6th PM in Fremont County, Colorado described as follows: <br />At a point of beginning located 561 feet south of the nor~h <br />boundary of Section 1 and 561 feet west of the east boundary <br />of Section 1, proceed 1725 feet due west, thence 960 feet due <br />south, thence 1725 feet due east, thence 960 feet due north <br />to the point of beginning, thus describing a rectangle encom- <br />passing 38 acres more or less, centrally located on Stack land. <br />`~h~ <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />Once every few years the operator will employ a contractor to <br />drill and blast the domolite outcropping in an amount not to <br />exceed 70,000 tons. The material will be pushed down a steep <br />canyon located within the proposed permitted acreage, to a <br />work area for crushing and stockpiling. Sizing and the quant- <br />ity to be crushed will be determined by market demand over time. <br />The rock material will be loaded onto trucks and transported from <br />the site. It is expected a D-8 Caterpillar dozer or its size <br />equivilant will be used in the initial operation and a wheeled <br />front-end loader will complete the loading into a portable <br />crusher and conveyor system. A truck scale will be installed <br />at the site. At a very minimum, the operator will <br />level and reshape the work area to its present grade and plant <br />50 native seedlings, transplanted from other locations on the <br />ocmers land. <br />
