Proposed Future Land Use <br />(foal of reclamation) <br />Agriculture Zoning of abandonded quarry <br />Quarry out-cropping and reshaped storage <br />area for pine tree seedlings <br />EXrIIdIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and oe wholly adequate fur field <br />location of the property. It can oe in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) inay be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT d - Mining Plan <br />This can de a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. The plan should be correlated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will oeyin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHI3I7 C - Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the inininy operation. r+ll <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this snap. <br />EXHIBIT J -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />each of the aoove{nentioned suojects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXrIIdITt -Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should oe a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stayer of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected oy each. <br />If possiole, the plan should oe closely correlated with the snap. If not, the narrative <br />must oe comprehensive enough to draw an accurate vernal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
