There shall be no discharge of floating solids. <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity - Chronic Lethality Limitation <br />There shall be no statistically significant difference in lethality (at <br />the 95X confidence level) between the control and any effluent <br />concentration less than or equal to 23.7X effluent.
