EXHIBIT E—MAPS <br /> Please find included one Mining Plan Map(1":250'), one Neighboring Property Owner <br /> Map(1":230'),and one Reclamation Plan Map(1":100'). <br /> Mine Plan Map—Affected Land Boundaries (permit boundaries) are drawn as follows <br /> from site survey, starting from Point of Beginning at intersection of CR 4 and Canterbury <br /> Ranch Road. <br /> Neighboring Property Boundary Map—all property owners within 200 feet of Affected <br /> Land Boundaries as shown. <br /> Roads, direction of mining, and processed material stockpiles are shown on the Mining <br /> Plan Map. <br /> The Canterbury Ranch Road and Canterbury Ranch fence line at the western end of Pit <br /> #2 are the only man made structures within the Affected Land boundaries. These will <br /> remain intact during mining and will remain after mining. County Road 4 lies within <br /> 200 feet of the Affected Land boundary. This is a County maintained ROW, thus the <br /> mine operator already has full responsibility and authority to maintain the structure <br /> including repair of any damage to structure due to mining operations. <br /> Reclamation Plan Map—shows projected final slopes at contour intervals drawn at 20 <br /> feet within the affected land boundaries and 40 feet otherwise on map of 1":100' scale. <br /> Grassland revegetation is planned for all disturbed land areas within Affected Land <br /> boundaries. Seed mixture does include native shrub species found on site. <br /> There are no ponds or permanent water retention structures planned for this site. <br /> There is no overburden or topsoil anticipated for use at this site. <br /> 10 <br />
