The following <br />items outlined in my August 30, 1983 letter received an inadequate responce <br />and certainly point to the need for an on site evaluation of the soils; <br />C. Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />1. Please state how many inches and cubic yards of topsoil will be <br />stripped from each phase and stockpiled for later replacement. Where <br />will the topsoil stockpiles be located and how many cubic yards will be <br />in each. Please describe or indicate on a map the location of each <br />stockpile. <br />3. Please state how many inches and cubic yards of overburden will be <br />stripped and stockpiled for later replacement. Where will the overburden <br />stockpiles be located and how many cubic yards will be in each. Please <br />describe or indicate on a map the location of each stockpile. <br />y. How did the operator arrive at the amount of overburden crust <br />(assume topsoil) as being less than 4 inches in thickness? <br />G. Exhibit I - Soils Information <br />1. Please provide a soils map which clearly portrays all soil types <br />found within the permit boundaries. <br />2.
