Shaw <br />~~~~~ ~~ <br />SEp ~ 31~i~ <br />MINED LAND <br />RECLAMATION DIVISION <br />The following information is submitted in response to your letter <br />of August 2, 1985 and should be considered supplemental to the <br />original submittal of the above application. <br />Exhibit C - Pre-Mining Map: <br />1. The Division has requested more detailed information <br />as to Larimer County's arrangements with: a) Sinclair <br />Pipeline Company; and b) R.E.A. <br />a. This office has contacted Sinclair regarding <br />their pipeline but has not obtained an agreement <br />from them regarding their future plans for the <br />pipeline or our plans for protecting the pipeline. <br />Since the mining of this 40 acre pit is extended <br />over 35-40 years, we don't feel a need to work out <br />this sort of an agreement for at least 10 years <br />and maybe longer. <br />If the Division feels this is a necessity at this ~`l<j~ <br />time, we suggest approval of the permit with the ~~jj{{// <br />condition that an acceptable agreement be submitted <br />within 120 days from date of approval. <br />b. Attached is an agreement for relocation of the REA <br />easement to parallel to the county road and north <br />property line. This line is scheduled for re- <br />location during 1985. <br />
