(Con't) <br />• <br />Should County Staff find that there is substantial cause to <br />believe that the operation is in violation of the texas and <br />conditions of approval, they shall provide this Board and <br />the operator with a written statanent specifying the basis <br />for the violations. The operator shall have a period not to <br />exceed ten (10) days fran receipt of the notice to cure any ' <br />such violation.
