2.2.4 Access Control Features
• Existing fences and signs will be used to control access to the permit area. All signs will be
of a standard design, using durable material that can readily be seen and read in accordance with
appropriate regulations. The signs will not be removed until after release of all bonds.
Access to and from Colorado Highway 139 will be in accordance with safety requirements of
the Colorado State Highway Department.
