For the record, we would like to amend the legal description in the <br />application form to read A portion of the SW SW ;, Sec 2; Twp 7N, R 92W, <br />of the 6th P.M.". <br />2. A U.S.G.S. quad with the pit to scale and access is enclosed. The access <br />road is not included as affected area since this is a pre-existing ranch road <br />used by the Butler's for access to their ranch land to the south. The road <br />will remain as is after excavation and reclamation and not be reclaimed. <br />3. Quillen Company agrees to backslope the pit slopes at 3:1 rather than 2:1 <br />as originally requested. <br />I believe this should clarify all the points raised by your letter.
