I will answer them point by point as outlined <br />in your letter. <br />ALL APPLICATIONS <br />1. I have talked with Mr. Bill Reefe at State Air Quality Control about <br />the necessary Fugitive Dust and Emission Permits for the Quillen <br />operations. Mr. Reefe is sending the appropriate forms and application <br />will be made for the Fedinec Pit and Davidson Pit as well as for the <br />crusher. The Villard, Estey and Butler pits were opened before February <br />of 1972 and are "grandfathered" under the regulations and do not require <br />a permit.
