<br />-2- <br /> <br />You may amend the application by submitting all of the requested items. In <br />accordance with Rule 1.8, a new decision date will be established 30 days from <br />the date of receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated <br />newspaper publication, you will need to republish notice which specifies the <br />final date for receiving comments ie twenty (10) days after the new newspaper <br />publication date or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application. The Division will review your application to <br />determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act after <br />submittal of all required items. <br />Please find enclosed copies of the new Mineral Rules and Regulations, the <br />Statement of Basis, Statutory Authority and Puxpoae (the Statement of Baeie and <br />Purpose indicates the Rule changes that became effective on May 1, 1995) and <br />Senate Bill 95-156 (effective July 1, 1995) which is the new Statute for the <br />extraction of construction material.
