EXHIBTf F -List of Other Permits and licenses required <br />Rick Ensminger is applying for a zoning permit in Phillips County. A copy of the <br />permit approval is attached We are checking with the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the Air <br />Quality Control Commission, and the State Historical Preservation Officer regarding <br />necessary permits for the operation. <br />EXHIBTT G -Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />Rick and Barb Ensminger are fee owners of the property. A copy of the deed to <br />the properly is attached, proving legal right of emry. <br />EXHIBIT H - Munici~lities Within a Two-Mile Radius <br />The Town ofHaxtun may lie within two miles of the site. Notification has been <br />to the Town of Haxtun of the application. <br />EXFIIBIT I - Proof of Fil n,_g. with the County Clerk <br />Statement by the Phillips County Clerk. <br />EXHIBIT J - Proof of Mailing Notices <br />Proof of mailing to the Phillips County Natural Resource Conservation Service. <br />EXHIBIT L -Permanent Man Made Structures <br />There are two permanent man-made structures (small livestock barns) which lie <br />approximately 200 feet from the proposed pit area. These structures are both owned by <br />Rick and Barb Ensminger. While the pit boundaries are fairly close to the structures, the <br />Ensmingers feel the excavation will not have any significant impact on the structures. <br />
