Following <br />are the responses [o your questions: <br />1. Exhibit a-Index Map; We are enclosing another one that we hope is <br />more clear. The orange area is the old area, the yellow area is <br />the proposed pit, and the green area is the access road. <br />2. The 9 acre pie was permitted under (iM-83-088, 7-28-83. We were <br />billed for the annual fee of #120.00 for this pie and we paid it <br />so It has to be on your records somewhere. We still use it once <br />in awhile. <br />3. Please see "Topsoil" on Exhibit E. We will add the 10-15 lba per <br />acre to our reclamation plan. <br />4. Please see Exhibit D for the characteristics of the pit. We are <br />estimating the pit to be 25 feet deep. <br />See Exhibit E under permanent cover. <br />6. See Exhibie E under Fertilizer. <br />7. See Exhibit E under cover crap. We will add 2 ton per acre to our <br />reclamation plan. <br />AI.
