Following <br />:ire the responses to your questions: <br />L. Exhibit B-Index Map: We are enclosing another one that we hope is <br />more clear. The orange area is the old area, the yellow area is <br />the proposed pit, and the green area is the access road. <br />.'.. The 9 acre pit was permitted under IIM-83-088, 7-28-83. We were <br />billed for the annual fee of $120.00 for this pit and we paid it <br />so it has to be on your records somewhere. We still use it once <br />in awhile. <br />p, :4. Please see "Topsoil" on Exhibit E. We will add the 10-15 lbs per <br />~f acre to our reclamation plan. <br />4. Please see Exhibit D for the characteristics of the pi[.
