Compliance Schedule - Salinity Report (continued) <br />No later than 14 calendar days following each date identified in the above schedule of <br />compliance, the permittee shall submit either a report of progress or, in the case of <br />specific actions being required by Identified dates, a written notice of compliance or <br />noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next <br />scheduled requirement. <br />In any case in which a compliance schedule has been timely submitted, failure to obtain <br />the Division's approval shall not be considered a violation of the permit unless the <br />Division shows that absence of approval or disapproval has resulted from the failure <br />of the permittee to furnish information reasonably required or requested in order to <br />process the compliance schedule. <br />B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br />1. Freouency and Sample Tune For Outfalls 001. 002. 004 and 015 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- compliance with the <br />effluent limitations specified in Part I, Section A.1, the permittee shall monitor <br />effluent parameters at the following required frequencies, the results to be reported <br />on the Discharge Monitoring Report (See Part I, Section B.3.): <br />Efflu•=_nt Parameter Measurement Freouency ~ Sample Tye J <br />Flow, MGD Weekly Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Total Iron, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Oil a:~d Grease, mg/1 Weekly Visual J <br />pH, s.u.
