Is there any evidence of significant soil erosion due to runoff from developed areas
and, if so, what measures will be taken to control the erosion?
4. Directing storm water runoff from access roads and railroad lines to vegetated areas is
_ important for pollution control. Document the general condition of vegetated areas
_- ~- '' including: grassed embattlattents, swales and borrow ditches in the area not
- controlled by sedimentation ponds. Cite any deficiencies and recommend corrective
measures.
5. Have spills or leaks occurred in the area since the last inspection? Reference any
responses under the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) which
have occurred in the area not controlled by sedimentation ponds. If a spill or leak
has occurred that was not addressed under the SPCC, provide detailed information as
_ - to the location, amount, type of material, and response conducted. Comment on the
extent to which the spill has been remediated.
6. Has there been any expansion of haul roads, access roads or railroad spurs which do
not drain storm water to existing CPDES structures covered under individual permits?
If yes, describe the expansion and also note changes on the site map.
7.
