,'
"EXHIBIT E"
Wildlife occurrence:
(1) The occurrence of wildlife, within the property under considera-
tion for this open mining permit, has been observed, since 1965,
to be infrequent. There does not appear to be any sp=cies of
wildlife that inhabits the area on a permanent basis.
(2) There has been no observation of any seasonal occurre.2ce of any
wildlife. Occasionally deer have been seen intermittently in
this locality, but not related to any seasonal fluctu.stion.
(3) There has not been observed, the presence on and adjacent to the
site, of any species listed on the Colorado Division ~~f Wildlife
list of threatened and endangered species.
(4) In as much as the area has not provided a natural habitat, food
or water to induce wildlife to frequent the area, there does not
appear to be any impact by the operation on wildlife with regard
to displacement of wildlife. It is not anticipated that wild-
life to any extent could be attracted to the area by ~~roviding
suitable habitat, because of the urban location.
(5) "Exhibit E" includes a letter from the Colorado Division of Wild-
life dated March 15, 1976, which is marked "Exhibit E".
