double the drilling rate. At the time of reclamation, soils will be tested to determine if <br />fertilizer should be added. If fertilizer is needed, it will be applied at a rate recommended <br />by the NRCS -SCS. A clean hay or straw mulch will be applied at a rate of 2 tons/acre, <br />spread by mechanical blower and preferably crimped into the soil if recommended by the <br />NRCS -SCS. At this time, SCS is not recommending either fertilizer or mulching. <br />At the perimeter of the affected azea, the reclaimed land will transition to the undisturbed <br />land with a slope not greater than 3H:1 V, or simply daylight. The sloped azeas will be <br />seeded in the same manner as the rest of the reclaimed area. No reclaimed slopes will <br />exceed 3:1. The access road will remain to provide landowner and gas well access to the <br />property. <br />
