On Anril 5, 1988, the Division of Administration of the Colorado
Department of Health ("the Division") issued to Wyoming Fuel Comnany a
Notice of Violation and Cease and Desist and Clean-Un Order ("the
Notice and Order"), a copv of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A
and incorporated herein by reference.
The Division hereby amends the Findings of Fact to add the following
paragraphs:
16. In conjunction with the permit, the company samples and
analyzes the effluent being discharged at outfall 002 and outfall
