An access roac was cut from our Bertnoud <br />Ouarrv to the west that accesses the old "wagon" road oast the <br />Steep and rough parts. The Quarry road than loins Sprague <br />Avenue thence to county Road 3t on the south end of Carter <br />Lake, to Hwy. 34 thence to North County Road 27 to the storage <br />area, or County Roac tt8- Hv:y 56 to Bertnoud and on to the tob <br />site. <br />2. The quarry will operate-60-t20 days per year. The ecuipment <br />to be used in this operation is as follows: <br />1 or 2 S?one Hvdraul,c Cutters <br />7 or 3 Front Enc Loaners- used as Forklifts <br />1 or 2 TrucF:s per day for hauling to storage cr job sites <br />1 Large Bucket Loader- or 1 Blade Caterpillar- used for- <br />removing waste or overburden. <br />,,. The type and weight of trucF;s to the site are as follows: <br />t Sem, and trailer- gross 80,000 to move machinery in and <br />out (Loaders- Caterpillar) <br />1 or 2 Tractors with 24' flatbed used to haul stone out <br />to tops or to storage in Loveland, maximum one or <br />two loads per day -see route of travel mentioned <br />previously. Loaded weight 54,000 lbs. <br />4. Since only one pr two trucks per day will be used no impact on <br />traffic should result. <br />5. Application to State Mined Land Reclamation Board is ,nciuded. <br />6. Hours o" operation 7:00 a.m. - 6:OG p.m. Monday - Saturday. <br />7. Overburden will be storeq on site for use ,n reclamation rip <br />rap will be kept in existing rip rap area and used fqr <br />reclamation or sole for laF.e shore or d-tch fill. <br />S.
