Removal of Equipment. Upon termination of this Lease, if Lessee has paid <br />all sums due hereunder and has complied with all other terms hereof, Lessee shall have <br />the right for one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter to remova all its improvements, <br />machinery and other equipment from the Leased Premises, which remova! shall be <br />accomplished without unnecessary or unreawnable waste or injury to the Leased <br />premises; provided, however, Lessee shall have reawnable additional time after said one <br />hundred twcr.t}• (!20) days to remove its prcperiy used in reclamation or restoration of <br />the Leased Premises.
