Application Form- Sand and gravel is the only product to be nursed, at 70,000 tons per year. <br />No incidental commodities will be mined. Enclosed is a revision to page 1 of the application. <br />2. Exhibit A-Yxgal Description Enclosed is a revised Exhibit A, indicating the NE Quarter of <br />Section 10. <br />3. Exhibit C-Mining Plan Map (a) The permit boundary is labeled on the Map as Affected Land <br />limits. The feed lot is not included within the permit boundary. Also the field located in the NW <br />1/4 of Section 10 and the SW 1!4 of Section 3 is not within the permit boundary. <br />(b) The access road to Phase II and VIII aze shown on the revised Exhibit C. The access roads <br />were inadvertently omitted from Exhibit C. No additional acreage is added to the Permit. Access to <br />Phase VII will be from the existing road which enters the Processing and Stockpile Area. <br />(c)The following permanent man made structures owners are shown on Exhibit C: <br />1. Drain ditch on the south and west side- Richard 8c Betsey Frazier <br />2. Drainage Canal on east north side-Richard & Betsey Frazier <br />3. Feed ]ot &buildings-Richard & Betsey Frazier <br />4. Power line-Delta Montrose Electric <br />5.
