- •r~' <br />(b) Dust control to protect surrounding farms. <br />' (c) Sufficient buffer (100' wide) around the <br />gravel pit. <br />(d) Finished grades of the gravel pit which <br />creates suitable building sites. <br />(e) Expiration of the permit after two (2) years. <br />(f) Limit operation to 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., <br />Monday through Friday. <br />4) That the Board of Mesa County Commissioners having <br />considered the evidence on both sides finds: <br />The project is consistent with the need to <br />extract gravel before subdivision takes place; and, <br />The project can be operated in a safe manner <br />and adverse impacts can be mitigated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of the County of Mesa that the application for <br />C36-83, Gravel extraction - W.R. Hall and W.T.
