Reclamation <br />costs include the cost to backfill and grade t e exposed <br />trench at any point in the next six years (a m ximum of <br />30,000 cu. yds.), to backfill and grade Pond B and Plant <br />area B, and topsoil and revegetate the 15 acres that were <br />mined. <br />During subsequent years, reclamation includes tops cling and <br />revegetation of the mined acreages. Ongoing grading costs <br />are included in mining operations costs. <br />Panhandle Drilling Company proposes to implement b nding on <br />an annual basis to cover the incremental costs o reclama- <br />tion for each year.
