Postmining land use of a historica <br />site. <br />2. Limited wildlife use. <br />• <br />Large portions of the permit area have been hist rically <br />mined and left in an unreclaimed recondition. Ot er por- <br />tions are in their current natural state, primari y range <br />and Forested land. All ttewly mined lands will be r claimed <br />to a gentle sloping southwest facing landform. FL. ..re-m.nin nCc <br />Panhandle Drilling Co. is not committing to rec aim the <br />entire previously disturbed acea of the North Centra Phase. <br />Any areas of new mining or disturbance during th permit <br />term will be staked out and reclaimed according to the <br />reclamation plan. Insofar as it is convenient and co sistent <br />with their operations, Panhandle Drilling Co. may, totally <br />on a volunteer basis, grade some of the old disturbe areas. <br />However, Panhandle Drilling Co. is not committi g to a <br />topsoil placement or revegetation program for t ose old <br />mining areas. i <br />15 <br />
