The proposed enlargement would put the mine over 1hE
spring. It is our recommendation that the mine be closed and
reclaimed. We feel that Wagner Construction has ignored the
concerns regarding the spring and teas violated most of the
PlQnning Commission recommendations by mining on Sunday's
and hauling mined materials on roads not approved in his permit.
On this basis we support the King's cmd Hail's in their appeal.
5lncerely,
Colorado First Board of Supervisors
i
~~/~
Ji rmpson -President
i' ,
Earl Var~Tassel - Vlce President
Foster Beckett -Secretary/Treasurer
Wayne Counts - ember
!~
O.
