Responses are discussed <br />relative to the order of comments listed in your letters of December 2 and December 6, <br />2005. <br />1. A signed and dated copy of the revised Reclamation Map is attached. <br />2. The urtent of the notation on the original and revised Pre Mining and Mine Plan <br />Maps, "Access Roadway to Vary with Mining Direction", is to indicate that the <br />proposed access mad alignment will change as it progresses into the mining area. <br />The location of the roadway depicted on the maps will not change. <br />3. The inclusion of the area of the access roadway with the original permit area is <br />hereby confirnied at 212.6 acres. <br />4. It is hereby acknowledged that a revision to the permit in the form of a technical <br />revision or amendment will be necessary prior to commencement of any mine <br />related activity in the area denoted as "Possible Affected Area". <br />5. Attached is the completed page 9 of the Alternative Reclamation Plan, R-14. <br />Type, mixture, quantity and time of application of fertilizer are listed. <br />6. The preliminary design criteria and accompanying specifications for the proposed <br />stormwater detention pond will be submitted under separate cover. <br />7. It is acknowledged that review of the previously submitted Geotechnical Stability <br />report is under way at the Division's Denver office. <br />
