8.0 CLOSING

This report has been prepared in a manner consistent with local standards of professional
geotechnical engineering practice. The interpretation of subsurface materials, shear strengths,
groundwater conditions, and pore pressure are necessarily based on limited subsurface
observation and testing, as well as our training and years of experience. As such, inferred
subsurface conditions cannot be guaranteed to be exact. No other warranty, Express or hnplied,
is made.
On-going strength testing and in-situ moisture/density testing of the compacted gob material is
required to ensure that the assumptions made in this evaluation are valid. If gob composition,
moisture content, or placement techniques change, Buckhorn Geotech must be immediately
notified to evaluate the impacts of the change on the stability of the wastepile.
We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to work with you on this project. If you have any
questions or concerns regarding this report, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Respectfully Submitted,
March 29, 2007
~~~~
Brett R.
