ANNUAL CERTIFICATION OF IMPOUNDMENT <br />WEST RIDGE POND <br />October 5, 2005 <br />I, the undersigned, certify that the West Ridge Pond, based on observations made during visual <br />inspection on September 21, 2005, is structurally sound and shows no signs of hazardous <br />conditions. The sediment level is currently at 90% of the total pond capacity.
