ANNUAL CERTIFICATION OF IMPOUNDMENT <br />CENTER RIDGE POND <br />October 5, 2005 <br />I, the undersigned, certify that the Center Ridge Pond currently has the minimum sediment capacity <br />required, as expressed in the Edna Mine mining and reclamation permit (#C-80-001).
