Effluent limitations Beginning immediately and lasting through July 31, 1996, the pennittee is authorized to discharge from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016 and 017, the discharges from sedimentation ponds, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, S and 6. In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and State Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent pazaneter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation.
