Effluent limitations <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through July 31, 1996, the pennittee is authorized to discharge from <br />outfalls 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016 and 017, the discharges from <br />sedimentation ponds, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, S and 6. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section <br />10.1.3, and State Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted <br />discharge shall not contain effluent pazaneter concentrations which exceed the following limitations <br />specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation. <br />(a) Outfalls 008 and O10 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Discharge Limitations <br />30-Dav Av¢ <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/P <br />Total Iron, mg/k <br />Settleable Solids, mP/2 <br />pH, s.u.
