Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the pennit[ee shall submit proof in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate period. See Section I.A.2. (d) Oil and Grease Monitorin¢ For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sale shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate Dhff2. In addition, corrective action shall be taken inmediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the D`1R. 2. Special Conditions - Outfall 005 Discharges at the flow measuring point for this outfall need only be sart~led/measured when the discharge is from the final sediment pond. In addition, the permittee will be required to submit all data collected on the seep flow volimes at 005 on an o~oing_basis to be submitted as a separate attachment with the DNRs.
