Said proof shall be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge <br />Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate period. See Section I.A.2. <br />(d) Oil and Grease Monitorin¢ <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil <br />is observed, a grab sale shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate <br />Dhff2. In addition, corrective action shall be taken inmediately to mitigate the discharge of <br />oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the <br />D`1R. <br />2.
