SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL AND COUNTERMEASURE PLAN <br />The Committee has the authority and responsibility for reviewing <br />and evaluating the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure <br />Plan CSPCC Plan) and for instituting any amendments the Committee <br />deems neceseazy relative to spill prevention and control. <br />The following individuals have responsibility for implementing <br />and maintaining the SPCC Plan: <br />William T. Such personnel shall be familiaz with <br />spill prevention and control methods as described below: <br />Spill Reporting <br />The individuals listed as forming the SPCC Plan are also respon- <br />sible for reporting of spills and for implementing emergency <br />responses. If a spill should occur, the hiine Manager or <br />Safety Engineer shall be the person directly responsible for <br />immeaiace remedial action.
