SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL AND COUNTERMEASURE PLAN
The Committee has the authority and responsibility for reviewing
and evaluating the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure
Plan CSPCC Plan) and for instituting any amendments the Committee
deems neceseazy relative to spill prevention and control.

The above individuals shall be familiar with applicable pollution
control laws, rules and regulations and shall explain same to
operations personnel. Such personnel shall be familiaz with
spill prevention and control methods as described below:
Spill Reporting
The individuals listed as forming the SPCC Plan are also respon-
sible for reporting of spills and for implementing emergency
responses. If a spill should occur, the hiine Manager or
Safety Engineer shall be the person directly responsible for
immeaiace remedial action. Formal written reports on all spills,
ae well as the notification of appropriate federal, state, and
