) (CCiI <br />Pzyment to OPERATOR for Work under Section 9 shall be based <br />on the weight used for invoicing the Buyer of the coal for which the <br />Work was performed. <br />C. Adjustments <br />If any test of the scales used to weigh coal loaded <br />hereunder reveals error in weight in excess of one and one-half <br />percent (1-1/28), weights of coal loaded during the last one-half <br />(1/2) of the period since the last preceding test shall be adjusted <br />by the amount of the error shown and any amount due either OPERATOR <br />or ATLANTIC RICHFIELD (or the buyer) shall be paid immediately. <br />Should the period since the last preceding test consist of an odd <br />number of days, then one-half (1/2) of all coal loaded on the odd <br />• day shall he included in the adjustment. <br />6. SAIdPLING AND ANALYSIS <br />OPEP,ATOR as part of the Work shall take representative coal <br />samples tofthe same extent as required by seller to satisfy the <br />quality specifications of the sales agreement for which the Work is <br />being performed. <br />OPERATOR as part of the Work shall analyze and shall cause to be <br />determined the quality and characteristics of the coal to the same <br />extent as required by seller under the sales agreement for which the <br />coal is being analyzed. Sampling and analyses shall be in <br />accordance crith methods approved by the American Society for Testing <br />and tiaterials (ASTM) and as specified by the sales agreement <br /> <br />P.E`.'ISED f'ay 15, 1981 <br />
