LOADING AND WEIGHING <br />A. Loading <br />OPERATOR as part of the Work shall load the coal produced <br />by it into railroad cars or trucks at OPERATOR'S tipple or railroad <br />siding or delivered to buyer's receiving point to the same extent as <br />required by the seller under the sales agreement for which the coal <br />is being produced. OPERATOR as part of th'e Work shall furnish or <br />cause to be furnished railroad cars, trucks or other means of <br />transportation to the same extent as required by the seller under <br />the sales agreement for which the coal is being produced. <br />B. Weighing <br />OPERATOR as part of the Work shall weigh or caused to be <br />weighed all coal loaded into railcars or trucks to the same extent <br />as required by the seller under the coal sales agreement for which <br />the weighing is being performed. <br />The weight of the coal in each railcar shall be determined <br />by subtracting the stenciled weight of each car from the gross <br />weight as determined by the scales. The weight of the coal loaded <br />in each truck shall be determined by subtracting the truck tare <br />weight from the gross weight as determined by ttie scales. <br />OPEFATOR shall have its scales properly inspected and <br />certified by the Tti'estern Weighing and Inspection Bureau at intervals <br />of at least every six (6) months. <br />REVISED Nay 15, 1981 <br />
