Long <br />Division Dirttmr <br />Listed below are adequacy review comments on the above-captioned <br />permit application. Your response to the following adequacy review <br />concerns should be submitted to the Division by Monday, August 2, <br />1993. <br />Please note that roads are considered permanent man-made <br />structures (see Item No. 5 under Mining Permit Plan, Page 9 of <br />the Special Operation (111) Reclamation Permit Application <br />Package). The map labeled "MLRD Exhibits D & E" indicates <br />that Teller County Road 61 is adjacent to or within 200 feet <br />of the permit area. This road and any associated power lines <br />or buried utilities are considered permanent man-made <br />structures. Wells are also considered permanent man-made <br />structures and should be delineated if within the permit area <br />or within 200 feet of affected land. Please specify any man- <br />made structures including the road and its utility corridor, <br />if any. <br />According to the map labeled 'MLRD Exhibits D & E', a portion <br />of the access road from Teller County Road No. 61 is not <br />contained in the permit area. This access road must be <br />included in the permit area if significant construction or <br />improvements will be conducted. Any such work on the access <br />road would be considered operating without a permit pursuant <br />to C.R.S. 34-32-109. <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />
