X <br />Other X <br />ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Pond P-5 is to be reclaimed in 1994. The water level <br />in P-9 was over 36" below its outlet. The wat er level in the refuse pond <br />was about 24" below its primary spillway. <br />MAINTENANCE REQUIRED: None <br />SWMP CONTROLS: The stormwater management plan controls were inspected. <br />The vegetation on the pond outslopes the mine portal area and the fan <br />area was inspected and found to be adequate to control erosion.
