20) c. As discussed with you and Mr. Routten, new
disturbance area boundary markers will be installed when
ground conditions and establishment of the new vegetation
permit. These markers probably cannot be set until spring,
when the ground thaws out.
9)-10). Ditch dimensions. Please note Page 4-57,
Section 4.4.2.4, 4th paragraph (re-write dated 10-10-94) where
the ditch dmimensions for the individual ditches are
described, Those dimension correspond with the calculations
shown in Exhibit 4.7-1. As is a practice with newly
constructed ditches, especially an refilled areas, the final
dimensions will be established by regrading the ditches with
a dozer or tractor once the vegetation on both sides of the
ditches is established. This will be done in early spring,
when softer ground conditions, due to the moisture content,
allow such regrading.
11) a. through c. See the new exhibit prepared by Mr.
Ed Rovey, Professional Hydrologist. Mr. Rovey visited the
site and took all necessary measurements onsite.
Sincerely,
~/~/ i~%
E.
