The lines in Figure 4.2-5, which is part of the <br />1990 approved permit document, and Figure 4.7-1 represent the ~2t-dl> <br />original contouring. The new contoured surface elevations are ,~Q C~ <br />almost the same as the original elevations with differences so <br />minor that the lines drawn to the scale of the figures will yr G~~ <br />not change. <br />2) b. A set of Figure 4.7-1, showing the direction of ~~X ~~R-t <br />flows in the different sediment control and irrigation ditches ~~5~-;~ <br />is enclosed. Certified copies of Figure 4.7-3 are being ~ <br />submitted directly to the Division by Mr. Ed Rovey. a'lit,....,---4~t~ <br />2) c. Silt fences on the north side of SAE #2 have been <br />installed. To support and protect the fences from wind damage ~ o k <br />and second row of hay bales have also been installed with the <br />silt fence between the tow rows of bales. <br />8) Please note on page 4-53 that the reference to the <br />exclusion of certain areas from the permit area has been k ~' <br />omitted. Since these areas were undisturbed by the mine ' ~ <br />development, no revegetation and monitoring of the vegetation <br />will be required. <br />20) b.
