Amended pages include some wording in sections other than those <br />described in the previous rationale for purposes of clarification of previously <br />existing conditions. <br />:II. SPECIAL NOTE <br />Due to the uncertainty of the mining schedule, this permit cannot be more specific <br />regarding the short-term periods during which discharge points 026 and 027 are <br />authorized. Thus, the permittee will have co report "no discharge" for the <br />appropriate points during the period prior to their activation.
