The appropriate diversion and sediment catching structures, as <br />recommended by the Soil Conservation Service for the P.oberta <br />Tunnel, A. L. Hill and Valley of the Sun Pita will be constructed <br />before summer 1981. <br />4. If plans for a recreational area (ball paric) for the Woodside Pit <br />are changed, the site will be reclaimed by grading, and reveEetation <br />(as per Soil Conservation Service recommendations), unleae an <br />alternate reclamation or land use plan is developed, at which <br />time we era to be informed. Reclamation of this site is to be <br />carried to completion within S years (Rule 6) from the date of <br />this letter. <br />S. The Valley of the Sun Pit may require an Arwy Corps of rugineers <br />404 permit.
