Prior to organism exposure the effluent was readjusted back to <br />pHi with Hydrochloric Acid (HCl). Dilutions were prepazed with reconstituted laboratory water at <br />220 mg/L CaCOs. <br />Metals analysis was performed using Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and Graphite Furnace <br />analysis by EPA method 600 4.1.4. <br />Chloride was determined by Standazd Method (SM) 4500-CI-E.
